Rachel Fernandez is the Founder and President of Horizontal Vertical Properties Realty Inc. (HVP). HVP provides residential and commercial sales and leasing services in the Philippines. She established HVP in 2018 to provide decent and financially rewarding jobs to many and has since committed to creating diverse and inclusive working environment to all of its employees.
Rachel is a Licensed Real Estate Consultant, Appraiser, Broker, and Environmental Planner with more than a decade of experience in the Real Estate Industry. She graduated with Business Administration, Major in Marketing at Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila (PLM). She took advanced studies in Real Estate Management at the De La Salle – College of Saint Benilde (DLS-CSB) and Management Development Program at the Asian Institute of Management (AIM).
She’s a loving wife to Jose Maria and devoted mother to Fernando Emilio. During her pastime, she takes good care of the plants, loves to paint, cooks and bakes deliciously with culinary & pastry training at Enderun Colleges.
