Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Major in Marketing, Management, Communications or any related courses
- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
- Excellent computer skills and proficient in MS Office
- Knowledge of marketing digital tools and techniques
- Sales-driven, results-driven, and target-driven attitude
Responsibilities:
- Assist property owners in promoting their properties for sale or rent and offer intelligent advice to interested buyers or tenants
- Generate lists of properties that are compatible with buyers or tenants need and financial resources
- Act as the main point of contact between property owners and clients to ensure fair transactions to all parties
- Provide site trips and oculars with excellent customer service
- Negotiate and prepares relevant documents
- Source and work customer referrals
- Meet the required sales target monthly
- Represent the company in key networking events, open house, exhibitions and others
- Ensure confidentiality of company and listing information
