Sales & Leasing Officer

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Major in Marketing, Management, Communications or any related courses
  • Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
  • Excellent computer skills and proficient in MS Office
  • Knowledge of marketing digital tools and techniques
  • Sales-driven, results-driven, and target-driven attitude
  • Assist property owners in promoting their properties for sale or rent and offer intelligent advice to interested buyers or tenants
  • Generate lists of properties that are compatible with buyers or tenants need and financial resources
  • Act as the main point of contact between property owners and clients to ensure fair transactions to all parties
  • Provide site trips and oculars with excellent customer service
  • Negotiate and prepares relevant documents
  • Source and work customer referrals
  • Meet the required sales target monthly
  • Represent the company in key networking events, open house, exhibitions and others
  • Ensure confidentiality of company and listing information
